Agree with these reviews, order items and they get cancelled due to not having them, tried twice, if it’s not in stock leave it as out of stock.
Such a pity as such a great brand of clothing.

Cancelled part of my order without any notification. Bad communication. Only bought online as no shops nearby and a pair of flip flips I got from Roxy in USA were the tops. If they turn up I may review again

Absolutely diabolical, the worst company I have ever bought from online, non-existent customer service, and not even great products. Go elsewhere! If it was possible to leave less than one star, then I'd have left Minus 10 (or worse). Words don't exist for how bad this company is.

AVOID. Item I ordered was sent totally the wrong size, it also hand another label with a smaller size underneath! When I contacted them and showed photos they said it was correct. Sadly for them I am like a dog with a bone and was not about to give up. I pestered them twice a day stating my statutory rights and threatening legal action. They firstly offered £3 compo from a £17 order. I threatened again then was offered £5 - apparently from the employees salary. Again I threatened legal action and employment law. I then got an address to return which would have cost me £7. I again contacted and asked for £10 refund but got £8. Absolute nightmare they should not be allowed to trade.

Will never buy from them again. I ordered a pair of canvas wedges as a Mothers Day present more than a week before Mother’s Day. When I realised they wouldn’t arrive in time I started chasing via customer services and kept being assured it was being expedited but at the same time was receiving tracking updates showing the parcel static in the US. Eventually, I said that I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund. I was completely ignored and told the parcel would be with me soon. I kept replying and saying I no longer wanted it but one day several weeks after the order I came and found it had been left on my doorstep. The quality of the shoes is really poor and they are at least one size larger than ordered so don’t fit my mum. I tried to pursue a claim through PayPal but was told I would have to pay postage to Hong Kong and because of the way PayPal’s dispute process is set up I couldn’t make any headway. I have learned my lesson - never buy products advertised on social media without doing rigorous research on the company. And I won’t be buying from RoxyComfy ever again.

I would rate minus but unable to, shocking service, wrong size sent even though they are saying was correct, sent photos and still denying it. Waiting for 2 months for a refund and still nothing. Even returned the item that cost me £15

Wish my Mum had read the reviews before purchasing! Do NOT use this company, I contacted them for a refund the same week the shoes arrived - they are too big and unworn, the refund was refused stating the order was correct. Trading standards will be informed as the website states it accepts refunds - clearly not from the multiple reviews - 87% bad, 8% poor!

Same as everyone else, order 4 (37), when came much larger, internal packaging has a 39 sticker on it. Company refusing to do anything adamant they are correct size. Raising dispute with Paypal to get money back

Misleading advertising and poor…
Misleading advertising and poor customer service and returns policy.
I wish I'd never purchased from this website. I ordered a helmet and it came in an enormous box. Unfortunately it didn't fit and despite them advertising-free returns and constantly emailing me stating this, I had to pay over £11 to return the item. Expensive way to try on a product. Never Again!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, saw the sandals on face book advert not realising that the shoes came from abroad (no where did it say) I thought I was ordering from a UK company. As previous reviews, shoes way too big, customer service not good, they will say as they sent the correct size ordered, no exchange or refund possible, even though it does not state American sizing. I now have to find someone with big feet!
Do not order your usual UK size from Roxy comfort.com
Not sure if Roxy UK is the same company?

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals in the size I buy in the UK and they were over a size bigger. I emailed them to return them and they said I would have to pay for them to be returned to China and only when they receive them they would refund me £5! My advice don’t go anywhere near them. I’ve learnt my lesson the hard way.

As I can see from other reviews, my story is in no way unique.. the shoes I received were way too big, and their customer services insisted they were correct... because of the packet and bar code they came in! the shoes didn't even measure up to the size guide shown on their website!
I was also told to give them to a friend, as they wouldn't refund..

Repeated emails and picture to show they sent the wrong size. Ha! Last email said if too big give to a friend!! My advice. They may look nice but you won't be able to return if anything wrong with them

I gave one star because there was no option for zero. I paid approx £22 for a sandal sized UK 3.5. I received a sandal that was more than UK size 5(i made my friend try it). I contacted customer care but they refused to refund. I told them that i will return the sandal but they wanted me to pay the international postage cost or keep the big sandal and get £6 refunded. they have been adamant that they sent the correct size - which is not true as i have the sandal and it is bigger than UK size 5. It is a scam.
